The Belleville Rotary Club will decorate the gazebo at Victory Park for the holidays. Victory Park is located near 'Five Points' in downtown Belleville.

The community is welcome to join us for decorating and hot chocolate.  We will begin the decorating at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 19.
